We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement in the future and any changes will apply to our rental process.
This agreement contains all the terms and conditions that govern your rental from be.you.tiful dress hire. No different or other terms and conditions have any effect.

By agreeing to these terms, you are giving be.you.tiful dress hire the right to use your details such as your email address for promotional and advertising campaigns.

How does be.you.tiful dress hire work?
be.you.tiful Dress Hire is a straightforward service. Simply browse the beautiful dresses for hire or sale on our website, choose a dress of your choice to hire for your occasion, we send the dress to you with the security device intact two days before your chosen event date. You then wear your dress, and then simply send it back to us using the prepaid label and package you received when your dress arrived.
Any discounts, vouchers or other offers made available on the website through third party channels which are redeemable on the be.you.tiful dress hire website are subject to change without notice.
Our dress prices are per unit and may vary depending on model and designer at any given time in our discretion.
The price of a dress can be seen on the dress detail page, and be.you.tiful dress hire may change prices at any given time.
Delivery time for the dress you have hired may vary based upon product availability, customer delivery address, when you place an order, and any other circumstances that could impact delivery. Accordingly, be.you.tiful Dress Hire makes no guarantees as to actual delivery time. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped.
We send our designer dresses to our customers using Royal Mail. The total price of posting the dress to you and you sending it back to us on the date chosen, is chosen by you in the shopping cart, which covers all costs of postage and packaging. This is added at checkout. Should you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail guarantees that your chosen dress will be with you before 1pm the day of your chosen start date. Please ensure someone is in for the parcel as a signature will be required in order to pass the dress over to you.
We hire our dresses to you on the understanding that they are returned in an undamaged condition.
SALES, RETURNS & HIRING CONDITIONS
Our dresses are in the sole responsibility of yourself, the hirer, and therefore we expect you to take good care of our products. Minor spillages and small marks are inevitable, and we have high quality dry cleaners on hand who clean all the dresses when we receive them back to our offices from customers, as well as a seamstress. However if a product is returned in a damaged or dirty condition that exceeds normal wear and tear, as determined by the be.you.tiful Dress Hire team in its sole discretion, you agree that be.you.tiful Dress Hire may charge you for the repair cost of a product if damaged or stained, and we also hold the right to charge you the full cost of replacing such products if ruined beyond repair. The product replacement fee will vary depending on each dress.
You, the customer, should not alter or make any additions to the dress or in any other manner interfere with the dress during your hire period. If you, the customer does, we have the right to charge you the repair cost or full cost of replacing the dress.
You, the customer, are responsible for loss or damage to our dresses such as theft, fire, severe stains and any other causes during the hire period. Please understand that if the dress is returned with any kind of these damages, you are to pay the full retail price according to our price list. You, the customer, must notify us of any damage to our dress that occurs during the hire period.
If a customer decides not to send the rented dress back to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer the full retail price that be.you.tiful Dress Hire paid for the dress, and each dress price varies depending on designer of the dress.
We strongly suggest that you keep the proof of postage receipt when the dress is sent back to us, because if we do not receive a product back from you, and you, the customer, have no proof of postage, we hold the authority to charge your payment method the full retail price of the dress. Again, the retail selling price of the designer dress at the date of hire will vary depending on each dress.
Under no circumstances are customers to attempt to clean any products themselves (dry clean, cold wash or any other method) If done so, we reserve the right to charge the customer for part or full replacement value of the dress if any damage is done to the product.
If the dress is not returned to us at be.you.tiful Dress Hire on the date you selected at checkout, we reserve the right to charge you £10 for each day the dress is not returned back to us, as you are preventing other customers from renting that dress.
If for any reason you are not happy with the be.you.tiful dress hire service at any point before, during or after a purchase, please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you with any complaint or query you may have.
All goods sold on our website may be pre-owned (second-hand) and are likely to have been worn/used at least once. As such, they may not be in perfect condition, though we will endeavour to accurately describe the condition of all goods on the site. If the goods are not as described on the site or have a fault not described and you wish to return them, you must contact us immediately on receipt of the goods and send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk within 7 days of receiving them. You must not remove the security device. Any sum debited to us from your credit card, plus the reasonable cost of return postage, will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. We will not accept any returns of dresses sold on our website which have had the security device removed.
When you rent a dress from be.you.tiful Dress Hire, you will be required to provide us with accurate and current information for a valid credit or debit card, or Paypal, that you are authorised to use. By signing up for the service, you are allowing be.you.tiful Dress Hire to bill your payment method the applicable fees, shipping charges, any applicable deposit, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of our website and dress hire. The applicable fees will be charged to your payment method. If your designer dress is not returned on the due return date agreed when the purchase was made, be.you.tiful Dress Hire have the right to charge your payment method at a rate of £10 each day the dress is kept by the customer over your return date as chosen on the check out page, until we receive the dress back to our offices.
If be.you.tiful Dress Hire does not receive payment from your card provider or if your card expires or is rejected, You will be contacted by the be.you.tiful Dress Hire team immediately.
You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your card or Paypal by the issuer or bank.
You may return a rented dress and receive a refund for any reason such as, the dress does not fit or you do not like the dress. You have 24 hours to return the dress to us in the original state it was sent to you, with the be.you.tiful Dress Hire security device still intact on the dress to receive a full refund from us (minus your shipping costs + £10 re-stocking fee). You must drop off the item for return at your local post office either the day or day after you receive the parcel. Many post offices close at 5pm. Unless advised by be.you.tiful Dress Hire, should a product be kept longer by the customer than the 24 hour period for returns, be.you.tiful Dress Hire reserves the right to charge the full rental fee and reject a refund. Please contact if you are returning a dress, or if you wish to request to keep an item overnight which you do not wish to wear to your event.
If the be.you.tiful Dress Hire security device is not intact on the dress as stated above, or the dress is not in its original condition when it was sent to you, or it has marks of being worn, we will take the view that the dress has been worn, therefore we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the product rental and reject a refund. We strongly reiterate that you, the customer, on this occasion ensures the security device remains on the dress.
On the very rare occasion when the dress is inspected by you, the customer, and defects are found, please contact us immediately by phone or email and make us aware of the alleged defect, damage, or any other faults so we can assist you further with your hire.
If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE it is posted out to you, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting customer service on or calling 07748 632499 and we will be happy to take care of this for you and refund you, however you will incur a £10 deposit (per dress) restocking fee that will not be refunded.
Once you have tried on the dress and kept it for more than 24 hours we will not be able to give you a refund.

3. Commissions and payment
By referring any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will receive a commission amount which is calculated based on our commission structure. The commission amount is dependent on the order value, not including extra fees (tax, shipping cost etc). In the event of a dress rental, the commission will be paid upon the return of the dress back to be.you.tiful Dress Hire. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you will need to specify your payment details in the settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. The status of commissions is displayed in Commission tab and any paid commissions will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them. If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them and cannot pay earnings on that person's activity. The Cookie duration is stated in the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link.
